On Thursday 20 May 2010 the Government announced that HIPs would be suspended with immediate effect.  In accordance with European law, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), is still required.  If you are in any doubt as to how to acquire an EPC or wish to receive further information on the benefits an EPC provides we will be happy to discuss this with you and put you in touch with someone who can provide you with an EPC.
